y am i always doing it & always regretting?

It's always hard to say NO & it's always painful after saying YES.
Everytime when i thot things had changed for the better NO, i didn't changes @ all.
The truth is that i will never be the 1 & the truth within it is that i no long wish to be the 1.
It's sad that the truth is made this way but i should be happy for that.
