Double Disappointment

Do you all know the feeling of being discriminated?
I know cuz i'm being treated like that.
I was asked to leave half way through a internal meeting due to the fact that they need to discuss future business pipe line.
I'm sad...really sad.
Can someone tell me that this is not a discriminating act?
