Totally Amazed

I wanted to reschedule my dental appt hence i called the clinic eariler this morning.

Sal: Morning, this is Sal. I'd like to check do you happen to have any cancellation slot in Oct 08?
Nurse: Pls hold while i check.
Nurse: Ms Tan, apologies for that we do not have any cancellation slot.
Sal: No problem, we'll stay put with my current booking den. Thank you.
Nurse: Welcome.

Too bad... they do not have any earlier slot for me... no choice but to stay put.

20 mins later...
The nurse called (OMG... they do follow up...amazing);

Nurse: Hi Ms Tan, i managed to find a slot for you.
Sal: Really?
Nurse: Yes, yes... i went through the whole booking system/list & managed to find a slot.
Sal: I'm amazed by your service. Totally surprize to receive your call.
Nurse: No worries Ms Tan, It's my pleasure to be @ your service.
Sal: Thank you very much.
Nurse: So i blocked for you 10 sep 08, 12noon.
Sal: okay geat. Thank you.
Nurse: See you on Wednesday.

If only all the frontliners can have her same working attitude, i guess SG will be a even better place.
