I joined the TCC Limited saving scheme & was a little annoyed upon receiving the Welcome Letter.
It says:
Dear MDM SAL TAN POH TENG
Hello... since when i became Mdm??? & why am i not being informed before them that i'm a Mdm already? haha...wait till Monday when they are open for business; i'll call & whack them.

I'll be going to town (alone) tomorrow to pick up SF's bag from Loewe.
What happened was that upon purchasing the bag (like 3 months ago), he found 1 stitch @ the bag handle to be out of line. Well, it's actually just 1 stitch by the side...tt's how scary his eyes are. He sees the smallest details of everything.
We sent the bag for 'repair' or rather 'restitch' weeks back & waited for weeks(i think it's more den a mth) till yesterday i barked like million times den only we get to know that they CANNOT do anything to it cuz if they were to take out the stitches & redo, there will be a stitch hold visible. Apparently SF is not very happy with the service/reply. He thought they took too long to advise an impossible mission. Well, i agreed fully on this point but still giving 'gan ma' face, we didn't make a big fuss out of it but who knows i might write to Loewe Spain direct.
